MACHINING SERVICES

With twenty CNC turning machines and ten vertical machining centers, fully complimented by a complete array of other machine shop equipment, we can offer our customer a wide variety of machined parts. In order to eliminate long lead times from outside sources, we design and manufacture our own fixtures.


OUTSIDE SERVICES

We have expanded for our customer’s needs and we now provide a fairly extensive assembly operation. Additional processing such as light welding and painting is done in house. We are excited and very proud to be able to offer a complete assembled part C/O USA packaged and ready to go directly to the end customer.


WAREHOUSE SERVICES

In order to keep current with manufacturing trends we have added additional warehouse space. This allows us to stock our customer’s inventory, both raw and finished goods. This gives us the opportunity for flexible scheduling and gives our customers the option of having us ship according to MRP schedules, just in time concept or Kan Ban. Each shipment made has a bar code label attached. We are of nine format, but if a customer’s system requires something different, we would accommodate. We also, upon request, will furnish any of our customers with a month end inventory of their product.


OUTSIDE SERVICES

In order to meet all of our customer’s requirements and expectations, we have established an extensive vendor base for outside processing when required. These include, but are not limited to sources that can provide castings, (both aluminum and iron), heat treating, plating, surface treating and powder coating. In many instances, our customers enjoy the ease connected with this "one shop shopping".
